Delete your Dawaiz account
खाता डिलीट करने का तरीका नीचे हिंदी में भी है।
From the app (fastest)
- Open the Dawaiz app and go to Profile.
- Tap Help and complaints.
- At the bottom, tap Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.
Without the app
Email support@dawaiz.com from any address with the subject “Delete my Dawaiz account” and your registered mobile number. We confirm by a code to that number and delete the account within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your name, mobile number, saved addresses, family contacts, reminders and ratings.
- Prescription photos you saved that are not part of an order.
What is kept, and why
- Records of medicines sold to you (bill, items, date, prescription for Schedule H medicines) are kept by the pharmacy and Dawaiz for the period the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules and tax laws require. They no longer carry your name, number or address.
- Complaints you raised are kept so they can be closed properly.
A pharmacy partner cannot delete its account from the app while the shop is active. Write to us and we close the shop first.

ऐप में प्रोफ़ाइल → मदद और शिकायत → मेरा अकाउंट डिलीट करें पर जाएं, DELETE लिखें और पक्का करें। ऐप नहीं है तो अपने रजिस्टर्ड नंबर के साथ support@dawaiz.com पर ईमेल करें।
आपका नाम, नंबर, पते और सेव पर्चे हटा दिए जाते हैं। बेची गई दवाइयों का रिकॉर्ड कानून के अनुसार रखा जाता है, लेकिन आपके नाम-नंबर के बिना।
